When booked with her assistants they share 4 european languages (French, Spanish, Dutch & English) and has worked events across the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, and France. She works in euros and can operate directly with local vendors without you as the middleman.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - Initial meeting
Demi meets the couple (or their planner) 5–9 months before the wedding to understand the vision, key vendors, and any non-negotiables.
Step 2 - Ongoing check-ins
She's added to the planning group chat and stays available for questions as things develop, without needing separate meetings for every update.
Step 3 - Planning conversation deepens
2–4 weeks out, she steps in more actively to learn the final details and the couple's specific priorities for the day.
Step 4 - Final sign-off meeting
One last meeting with the bride or groom to present the on-the-day plan for approval.
Step 5 - On-the-day coordination
She runs the schedule, directs vendors and the bridal party, and manages any time delays so the day stays on track.
Step 6 -Hand over
Her formal coordination role wraps once the dance floor opens. The structured part of the day is done, and the couple can hand the reins to their MC/DJ and simply enjoy the night.

Think of this as a relaxed date or outing rather than a formal shoot. Wear outfits that make you feel like yourselves and coordinate without matching exactly. We’ll chat about your story beforehand so I can understand your personalities and how you interact; that allows me to capture authentic moments rather than stiff poses. Choose a location that has meaning to you – maybe where you got engaged or a place you enjoy together – and plan the session at a time of day with good natural light. If you’re nervous, that’s normal; trust me to guide you and we’ll create beautiful, cinematic imagery that reflects your relationship. As an international wedding filmmaker I want the film to feel like a mini documentary of your love story, so bring any props or cultural details that are important to you, and be ready to laugh, hug and enjoy the experience.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
As a destination wedding filmmaker I frequently travel worldwide. My package pricing usually covers my creative fee and standard travel within the UK, but for weddings abroad or events requiring flights, accommodation and transportation, travel costs and lodging are billed separately at cost. I’ll provide a transparent estimate when we discuss your location, so there are no surprises. Wherever your love story takes you, I'm happy to join you.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Quality editing takes time because I hand‑craft your wedding film and photos to tell your story beautifully. You can expect a sneak peek within a week or two, with the full edited film and photo gallery delivered within about 6–8 weeks. I’ll always keep you updated on progress and ensure everything is polished before you receive it.
Can you recommend any good locations?
I’ve filmed weddings and couples sessions in castles in Tuscany, beaches in Santorini, and countryside estates across the UK. I’d love to suggest locations that reflect your personalities – whether that’s a dramatic cliffside, a quaint village, or somewhere that means something to you personally. Once I know the vibe and region you have in mind, I can recommend some gorgeous spots or help you secure permits if needed.
